1.Channel & Dealer Management

  • Network Expansion: Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors, dealers, and sub-dealers to maximize market penetration.
  • Outlet Coverage: Ensure regular visits to retail outlets to maintain product availability, visibility, and merchandising.
  • Order Processing: Collect, process, and track daily or weekly product orders from dealers.

2. Project Sales & Business Development

  • Institutional Sales: Target bulk buyers such as large construction companies, real estate developers, and infrastructure projects.
  • Influencer Mapping: Connect with civil engineers, architects, and contractors to recommend product specifications and secure long-term purchase agreements.

3. Sales Targets & Financials

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual cement volume and revenue targets.
  • Payment Collection: Oversee receivables, manage outstanding invoices, and ensure timely collection of payments and statutory forms.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor pricing, product schemes, and market strategies to stay competitive.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to management.
  • Brand Promotion: Execute local marketing campaigns, trade meets, and product demonstration programs.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Logistics & Supply: Coordinate with plant dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of cement to sites.
  • Customer Support: Address any product quality concerns or supply issues reported by customers in a timely manner.
