• Determining the customer's needs and desires by undertaking market research, benchmarking products with competition, identify product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share , improve customer experience and drive growth
• Time plan, specification finalization and target cost evaluation with proposed bill of material in line with market demand, release of technical drawings, defining the component demand specification for function and testing requirements, following-up for procurement, proto build and testing, validation of machine at site for the defined duty cycles and final sign-off for the production
• Coordination of system and sub-system design and concept review within the team and following guidelines defined by German Engineering; conducting verification and review of the same at part level release for prototype & series
