Have over 30 years of multi-faceted experience in Construction and Project Management. Graduated in 1991 and naturally inclined to design buildings that consider prevalent climatic conditions of the region. The Highlights of my career include an involvement in the Palacio Aguad project initially and the significant tenure at the CGH earth (clean green healthy earth)- Experience hotels. I always put in the extra effort to optimise the use of resources. Similarly, 'Good Earth-building sustainable communities' gave me a lot of insight and added another word to an overall motto - "building sustainable and responsible communities". This turning point inspired me to continue creating signature homes and projects with minimal resources. I believe that a designer should know the pulse of the land - All factors ranging from simple ones - the gradient and available materials as well as the overall climatic factors like the predominant breeze, precipitation etc influence the design. "Sustainable design is about creating buildings as ecosystems" (Ric Butt) and I agree that this is what every designer should be sure of creating.
