• Responsible in Electrical project planning, Installation of all the electrical equipment’s like HT, LT Switchgears, Transformers, Busduct& Oil filtration of Transformers.
• Handling all Electrical technical queries and investigating all field electrical work-related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
• Develop Construction Engineering Technology in line with Company Policy and Procedures.
• Ensure the Productivity and Quality is maintained by subordinates. Coordinate with other Disciplines in site.
• Monitoring the daily work activities of Sub Contractor and updating Subcontractor Progress Reports.
• Assist Design Department in solving Modification and Technical Problems in the Field
• My work scope contains DC Trench marking and excavation as per the drawing from DC field side (PV module) to Inverter side for DC cable laying work.70 mm sand bed layer work for DC cable laying, DC cable laying from SCB to individual investors Positive and negative cables.
• Glanding and termination of 300 sq.mm DC cable in SCB and Inverter side with cable continuity, Meggering work. Solar PV module 6 sq.mm string cable laying, Y harness and MC4 connector termination, module series connection, SCB side termination work.
• HT cable laying work from 33KV switchyard breaker to RMU and RMU to 5/4MVA Transformer with end termination and straight through joints.
• Power, control cable glanding, termination and commissioning work for Inverters, Aux, ACDB panels, RMU, Transformers and RTU stations.
• Switchyard panel erection work like 33 KV switchgear panels, ACDB, DCDB, Battery, Battery charger, CRP panels, Bus ducts, Assistance in transformer oil filtration, Air cell commissioning work, Punch point clearance work for charging work.
• Daily proper maintains all electrical equipment’s checklist, daily and monthly report and documentation work.
• Experience in working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers. Possesses strong inter-personal and leadership skills.
• Glanding & Terminations for inverter, accb, LT panel side, field side.
• Lightning Arresters installation with earth pits.
