• Assess risks associated with deployment plans and ensure appropriate communication, escalation, and mitigation Steps are in place.
• Schedule & chair technical status meetings for deployment weekends - align with Executive Status reporting schedule.
• Develop DTS milestone tasks and timelines for deployment preparation will be used for initial deployment, as well as subsequent releases.
• Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
• Coordinate release content and effort based on service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates.

BIB Indonesia Release and Environment.

• This has been one of key & high-profile initiatives not just for the region but for the bank globally, as the success here paves way for the replacement of our 40+ year legacy core banking platform GBS.
• This complex deployment involved over 110 servers, 11 Environments, 20+ upstream and downstream connections, numerous rounds of regression, performance & dress rehearsals to prepare us to successfully deliver the program.
• Managed/Supported Ansible Tower for Applications projects, inventories, Ansible Job templates and credentials related Issues.
• Automated Build and deployment process for Database SQL/Oracle deployments using Datical Tool 35+ database for BIB-ID application, TRPH and GLP applications.

• The Project enrolled in TCS is for Technology migration WAS 6.1 to WAS 8.0.06, around 150 applications overall, along with E2E connection setup.
• For few applications, data source has to be exported and imported into new version, whereas for others it needs to be deployed through Job Manager and configured with E2E setup.
• Upon successful migration, all old applications have to be decommissioned and surrendered to physical servers.

• Installing Websphere Application Server and Configuring JDBC, DataSource, Connection pool along with JMS for Internal manger Application setup.
• Updating Fix packs, configuring SSL for App server, Webserver and generating Plug-in.

• Implementing and supporting various products like IBM Application servers 6.x, 7.0, IBM Http Server and related middleware Products.
• Fine Tune both Web and App servers for different load requirements.
