Worked in Project Management Department and executing commissioning of Frame 6FA type MARK VI controlled GE Gas Turbines (75 MW each) and its Auxiliaries for 225 MW Combined Cycle Power Project, Kashipur, Uttrakhand.

Verified completion and checked all conditions of approval of each construction stage of 6FA Gas Turbines as per P&ID and carried out Testing and Commissioning works and Start‐up activities and verified the records thereof.

Attended and resolved queries from the site erection team/vendors regarding any hold ups/discrepancies in drawings, quality of jobs and materials in coordination with Engg. Deptt & Engg. Consultant pertaining to BOP packages.

Successfully checked and verified piping isometric drawings based on P&ID, Service Class, Valve Lists, Piping General Arrangement drawings, vendor's information drawings and project standard and specifications and issued for construction purposes to meet project specifications.

Responsible for certification of contractor bills, timely delivery of material, and mobilization of manpower at site.

Responsible for work front analysis; studying erection and and maintaining intra / inter disciplinary coordination with civil, structural, mechanical, piping, instrumentation and maintaining overall site coordination.

Expedited the Fabrication, Installation, and Commissioning of Site-Fabricated Tanks.

Operating GE-made Frame-9E DLN combustor gas turbines of 2x104MW capacities through Mark-V.

Work experience as a desk operator (i.e. Two control HRSG/Aux. And 122 MW steam turbine/aux. In the central control room, which is controlled through DCS.

Apart from this experience in maintenance of gas turbine hot gas path inspection three times, I have also been attached to a team of BGGT (BHEL GE GAS TURBINE) servicing group for replacing gas turbine blades and conducting turbine boroscopic inspections. Also, have knowledge of boiler hydro test, steam blowing, safety valve setting, CPHRC two-stage centrifugal pump, and 3-stage LP-BFP.

Worked as a Shift Panel and Field Engineer and successfully operated and executed Start Up & Shutdown of Frame 9E Gas Turbine.

Troubleshooting in the commissioning/startup of the Gas Turbine from the control room and the field.

We managed, planned, and executed commissioning activities at the site in line with the erection and commissioning schedule pertaining to BOP Packages.

Managed and coordinated activities of outside vendors and suppliers, assuring services and supplies delivered on time at site and meet project specifications, including performance parameters.

Prepared commissioning schedules and procedures in line with general erection schedule.
