• Experienced as business analyst to transforms the way corporate make payments using IPSH (Intellect Payment Services Hub) i.e., payment processor
• This is used for corporate client.(Services provided to Santander bank based out of Spain) IPSH does File/Batch/Transaction parsing, pre syntax/Syntax validation and duplicate check on the payment message received in IPSH
• IPSH orchestrates payment message sent by corporate client to the IPSH such as Pain.001,Pain.008 of ISO20022, MT101 of SWIFT and SAP IDoc messages
• On successful parsing of the payment messages IPSH covert these message into a proprietary format and send these file to clearing or Back office of the banks
• Once these Handoff files are received by bank’s back office there is First response sent by bank to IPSH stating the transaction has been received
• Once transactions are settled, back office sends Settlement response and in turn IPSH send PSR to corporate
• Working on gathering the requirements, Creating FSD(Using confluence), successful implementation of CR, Creating User stories interacting with client for requirements giving walkthrough to the development team of the requirements, reviewing test cases prepared by Test team these are few of the daily tasks on which I work on
• Driving daily status call with different stakeholders of the projects such developers, testers and project manager Driving weekly status call with customers and higher management team for issues and KPI Assisting clients in UAT phase to get product tested the requirement and ensure smooth closure of the UAT
• Developed and updated tracking spreadsheets for process monitoring and reporting.

• Working with TCS as a Business analyst in Banking Domain (Sanction Screening) for a reputed USA based Bank Working on creating difference report for the messages which are flowing through process flow from clearing to middleware to product processor and finally reaching out to Citi Screening tool
• DST Tool is used to compare the different messages flowing through application for example Swift, ISO20022 etc Which includes message type such as Pacs.003, Pacs.008 & MT103 etc
• Creating Functional specification Documents for all the requirement for DST (Tool), a data truncation tool which generate file containing any truncation in the fields or Tags of messages flowing from different application so that in Citi screening application can maintain the integrity of data of payment messages
• Mapping the fields available in message from different applications Gather the requirements from the client, analyze it and pass it to the developers to work on DST application so the application works exactly the requirement gathered from client Working with different stakeholders to complete the requirements of the client and business,
• Review and Validate Unit, System Testing and ensure closure of these testing phases within the stipulated timelines experience in full SDLC Review Test cases as part of requirements and assisting in preparing test cases Helping client in UAT phase to get them tested the requirement and ensure smooth closure of the UAT This project involves taking inputs from different other teams involved in the sanction process, so coordination and communication is a big learning for me Working on CitiScreening analyzer,

• Working as a business analyst for ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) ORMB is used as a billing management provider, where I got the opportunity to work on credit card and money transfer domain billing
