• Reconciliation of Insurance endorsement requests received from external clients.
• Review the work of endorsement processors to ensure that data entry, policy changes, and other modifications are error-free and consistent with the policy terms.
• Arranging the Knowledge transfer session and certify for the process allocations. Provide training to endorsement processors, helping them understand the company's standards, procedures, and any updates to policies.
• Providing constructive monthly feedback to endorsement processors is crucial for their professional growth and for maintaining high-quality work.
• Identify process bottlenecks, suggest workflow enhancements, and work with the team to implement best practices for continuous improvement.
• Effective communication with the endorsement team, underwriters, agents, and other stakeholders is essential. Ensuring that everyone is on the same page regarding process changes, updates, and quality expectations.

Endorsement Team

• Processing all types of Endorsement & Policy Issuance (e.g., Motor, Health, Travel)
• Cancellation of policy & processing refund in system (all policies)
• Coordinating with various departments like U/W, IT, Finance, Customer care, etc
• Highlight system error to GC-Support Team
• Working in Genisys (GC) application for endorsements and other application like Web client -Talimsa, Helios, DMS, RMS, Orion, etc

• Preparation of Monthly Bills
• Preparation of Salary Reports and Labour Charges Reports
• Supervising of full site of S.I. Group India Private Limited

• Material Inward and Outward report
• Preparing of daily store reports (Production, Maintenance and Labor Activity and Attendance Report)
• Co-ordinate with vendor regarding amendment of price and quantity.
