As a Research Associate at Aeronautical Development Agency, I have been involved in conducting research and analysis in the field of aeronautical engineering. My responsibilities include

• Collaborating with a team of engineers to gather, analyze and interpret complex data sets to conduct experiments for research projects.
• utilized my skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Python for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
• managed databases and ensuring data integrity and accuracy, applied critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address research challenges and derive meaningful insights.
• Prepared detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings.
• Communicate research findings effectively through presentations and reports.

Associated with the LCA AF Mk2 project, the following tasks are performed:

1. Design and development of aircraft system components and ground equipment using CATIA V5 (design tools).

2. Generated 2D drawings from 3D models, and provided design documentation to downstream groups.

3. Collaborated with different engineering groups for design feasibility.

4. Identified the major areas of concern, and proposed alternative design plans to reduce the risk in development.

5. Expertise in ENOVIA PLM to manage the product and its associated data through all stages of the product lifecycle.

6. Maintainability, accessibility, Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), removal/installation timing reduction study for aircraft systems.

7. Maintenance task analysis for aircraft system.

8. Optimization of removal/installation timings of LRUs for various systems of aircraft using CATIA V5.

9. Level/line replacement and repair of aircraft systems, and maintainability evaluation of aircraft design using CATIA, ENOVIA, and SmartDraw.

• Assisted in CFD analysis of Combustor and utilized skills in Microsoft Excel for collecting and analyzing large datasets to present data visualization.
