Procurement - Contractor Sourcing Application:

• This application is used to buy/hire contractors from the suppliers, on the basis of the request specifications
• Lead and manage the testing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Working in 2-3 weeks Agile Sprints. Story, Task and Defect creation. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.
• Hosting Daily Scrum , continuous updates and progress of tasks . Goal of finishing stories within Sprint timelines.
• Continuous feedback and improvements through retrospectives meetings at the end of each Sprint.
• Part of Requirement analysis, understanding LLD, presenting impacted functionalities and the required changes to be implemented

• Process Improvement - Built TestNG automation framework with Page Object Model (POM) design pattern to automate Regression test cases for Contractor sourcing application (CSA)- increased test velocity by 30%

• This includes defining scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables
• Create and track the defects with RQM, RTC and JIRA, support developers in resolving issues early by completing additional tests
• Schedule and run build for deploying the code to the test environment using Jenkins tool

• Worked as a Manual tester on ECMD application (Enterprise Content Management and Delivery)
• Launched various liquid competitions - appreciated by manager and report used for status calls
• Analyzed the requirements from clients, prepared Test Cases for functional and regression testing
