TDSynnex is an ecommerce platform which brings tech companies like Apple, HP, Adobe, Cisco, aMicrosoft and hundreds of other companies products to market offering a wide range of technical and business support services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducted thorough user interface (UI) testing for Content and Browse features to ensure alignment with design specifications and seamless user experience.
• Involved in requirement gathering and understanding business requirements.
• Created and managed detailed test cases based on user stories, and also on feature levels, in Gherkin format.
• Developed and documented test plans as per the requirements.
• Integration testing of various components.
• Performing Sanity, GUI, Functional, Non-functional, Database, Regression and Retesting.
• Responsible for data verification through database in SQL Server and Mongodb.
• Identified, reported, and tracked defects using Azure DevOps, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution and improve product quality.
• Responsible for reviewing and maintaining test cases reports and bug reports.
• Validating UAT Bugs and finding RCA for bugs leaked on UAT and Production.
• Working closely with business and maintained a separate epic, managing all the features by working with the respective PDMs.
• Provided critical support during production releases, including pre-release validation, troubleshooting, and coordinating with development teams to address issues and ensure successful deployments.
• Completed trainings for Mongo DB, Azure DevOps, BDD Testing with Cucumber, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Language, AI and Gen AI Fundamentals, Chat GPT & its practical use cases.
