I am an Automation Test Engineer having 13 years & 8 months of experience with a good team spirit and key interest to learn new things. Being a Test Engineer, my responsibility is zero defect leakage and 100% test coverage. I am a hardworking individual who has good client facing skills and enthusiastic to work. I have good working knowledge and involved in initializing migration activities, adaptive to latest technology and framework with immediate learning ability. I have good interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills. Responsibilities include managing the scrum board, participating in Agile ceremonies, identifying Test scenarios, Test plan, Test case Design, Test execution through Automation and Manual (in case of non-automatable test cases), Defect tracking, Retest, Regression testing. My current role includes leading a team consisting of five and up skilling their knowledge by guiding them in right direction, giving innovative ideas and involving in team activities. Delegation of work, balancing the role of everyone as per their strength areas, enriching their team spirit and helping them learn along with getting something for the project are some of the key aspects of this role.
