Our drilling machine can be used to perform operation like drilling; reaming and tapping etc. Drill is rotary cutting tool. to produce a circular hole only but if you want to produce of various shapes other then circular holes like square, pentagon, hexagon and etc. But we produce these types of holes on any metals by using this tools and setups.

As per client data sheet drawing produce. All the drawings preparation as per client standard. Detailed engineering for the generation of piping layout, isometric and detail. Drawings of thermal power plant internal and external piping like boiler feed piping. Preparation of piping support as per the stress flexibility analysis report. Detailed drawing preparation for panels. Detailed drawing preparation for header, steam drum. Prepare the detail of weld joints as per the standard. Preparation of the bill of materials and forecast details. Preparation the fabrication detail drawings for boiler piping, non-pressure parts & pressure parts as per standard. Preparation of machine drawing depend on the operation like engraving, heat treatment, metal cutting., marking and micro machining of electric circuits and ceramic cutting. And College project like texturing on titanium blocks, micro channels and micro pumps slot etc. project works like texturing, marking, welding on piston rings and new invention project. For making blow holes and engraving details on dies. Laser machine operating & basic maintenances (ND-Yag and CO2 CNC Laser)

Underwent in-plant training in Anand Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Trichy. Manufacturer of wind mill towers. I learn more practically in their training. I saw many machine-works like CNC CO2 laser cutting machine, CNC plasma cutting machine, high roller, and sub-merge welding machines.
