Over the past 3.6 years at Tata Elxsi, I have specialized in model-based design using MATLAB, with a focus on Simulink, Stateflow, and both MIL and SIL testing. My role involved designing and simulating complex systems, developing and validating models. I have contributed to optimizing design workflows and delivering engineering solutions. This experience has enhanced my skills in simulation and testing I have Work Experience in M-scripting and Python in Beginner Level and C Language in intermediate Level.
1. JLR – BCM EVA2-c Contributed to the Body Control Module (BCM) development for Jaguar Land Rover, focusing on model-based design using MATLAB/Simulink. Worked on system modeling, validation, and bug resolution to ensure reliable control of vehicle body functions such as lighting, wipers, and central locking.
2. JLR – HVAC Developed and validated Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) models for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles. Designed control logic in Simulink/Stateflow, conducted MIL/SIL testing, and optimized climate control strategies to enhance passenger comfort and energy efficiency.
3. CARIAD – Volkswagen Group (Climate Control Team) Collaborated on the climate control domain for Volkswagen Group vehicles, contributing to HVAC system simulation, bug ticket analysis, and defect lifecycle management. Enhanced workflow efficiency, test automation, and functional safety compliance (ISO 26262) while ensuring robust performance of in-car thermal management systems.
