- To lead and guide the shift team to provide continuous support to improve tester yield and production yield (retest pass yield and final pass yield), known of FTD (Frequency Time Dilation) and TDD (Time Dilation Duplexer) assembly process and testing process.
- Check and coordinate with the cross-functional team for product changeover for prior notice, and lead the team in the production plan.
- Guide a team for new equipment installation, configuration, and validation. New product implementation as per the roadmap.
- Responsible for ensuring the recording and rating of the document information for tester downtime, product changeover, preventive maintenance, and spare consumption.
- Assign tasks to the team daily based on requirements, and ensure calibration for the tester measuring equipment as per schedule.
- Responsible for all the document preparation (PM, CHANGEOVER, GOLDEN VERIFICATION CHECK SHEET).
- Accountable for overall floor test equipment, Line 5S, and staff - test equipment and human safety.
- Plan for critical spare parts and procurement for current and upcoming projects.
