• Installation and maintenance of Surface Wellhead- Conventional and Unitized type Wellhead.
• Over all knowledge of Different sizes & different companies like Cameron, Aker, WOM, Parveen, BHEL of tubing hanger installation & retrieving and test it at required pressure
• Kombi tree- 3-1/8’’ & 4-1/16” and Christmas tree – 4-1/16”, 3-1/8” & 7-1/16”- 3K, 5K, 10K Psi WP.
• Casing head, casing spool and tubing spool
• Tubing hangers with ESP penetrator and maximum 5 control lines
• Tubing head adapter and termination of continuous and discontinuous Injection lines
• Diverter Adapter- 13-5/8” & 20” and BOP Adapter- 11” & 13-5/8”
• Running In combination tool, wear Bushings, wash tools and isolation sleeve
• Conducting pull test, pressure test of seals and installed equipment.
• TWCV and BPV sized 3’’, 4” & 6-5/16” using dry rod and also PBMO lubricator
• Supervision of welding programs and Pressure testing as per equipment specifications.
• Installation and replacement of S-Seal, FS Seal, Dove-Tail seal & metal seal.
• Casing head, and tubing spool installation.
• Test the BOP using combination tool.
• Perform wear bushing running and retrieval job.
• Perform wellhead cleaning job with the use of COT / wash tool.
• Perform control line termination job and feed into swage lock fittings.
• Prepare service report of each finished job.
• Overall knowledge about both UNITIZED and CONVENTIONAL WELLHEAD retrieval procedure. Test plug, Wear bushing, COT tool, Tubing hanger)
• Installation and removal of TWCV & BPV (7” 4” 3”) using through LUBRICATOR.
• TWCV & BPV Redressed.
• Retrieve tubing hanger with the using of a pulling tool.
• Running tubing hanger with the using of a Running tool.
• Change out valve of x-mas tree at live well.
• Using VR- LUBRICATOR to installation & removal of VR plug during valve change out from A & B annulus.
• Installation and retrieve tubing head adaptor.
• Redressing KOMBEE TEE (replace damaged ram seal.) and perform pressure test against 1.5” polish rod.
• Collecting gas sample and observing pressure of A & B annulus (Lube and bleed job)
• Repair all type of malfunctioned gate valve (gate valve, pneumatic gate valve, choke valve, wire cutter pneumatic gate valve etc.)
• Stuffing box repair and perform hydro test.
• Maintenance of JB adaptor.

• Hydro & Gas testing of equipment as per API 6A specifications. (PSL-1, PSL-2, PSL-3, PSL-3G)
• Worked functionally within the organization; reported Production head and coordinated with Quality control department, Vendors and clients.
• Analysed and diagnosed problems and provided solutions encountered during operation.

• Provided service for Halliburton Offshore services Inc. and BHGE Asia Pacific.
• Installation and Testing of X-Mass tree along with RIH/POOH of TWCV and BPV; MBA field.
• Installed x-mass trees & Frac tree of sizes 2-1/16”,3-1/8” & 4-1/16” 7-1/16”.
• Repair and redressed gate valves of different sizes with manual and pneumatic operations.
• Hand on experience in installing and retrieving TWCV and BPV using Lubricator.
• Installation and testing of X-mass tree of sizes 7 1/16” for logging & fracturing operations.
• Tested installed equipment performance and counter issue if any found.
• Detail knowledge about X-mass tree, wellhead assembly and related API 6A products.
