    • Engagement Manager for a large scale and complex business transformation project with a leading Indian telecom giant, whose primary aim was to become a one stop shop for all technological needs for the Indian enterprises both (Large Enterprises & SMBs) and to further increase its footprint into the Indian enterprise ecosystem. He managed a team of 18+ members and developed a framework to identify an overall ICT opportunity of $4 Bn+ across 20 prioritized industry verticals, such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, Logistics, Education, etc. amongst many others. The scope of the engagement involved due diligence of the market, identifying potential areas of play, deep-dive into the demand/supply eco-system, pricing strategy design and packaging GTM in line with the 10x differentiators and strategy ambitions for Enterprise business vertical of the telco.
    • Engagement Manager for an investment thesis validation project with a Private Equity client. The objective of the engagement was to formalize on the investment thesis for the PE fund, market scan to understand the Technology platform and services market Landscape of the Indian IT Industry, prioritize investment avenues, potential asset screening and driving conversations with select assets which align to the investment strategy adopted by the PE firm (Debt-Equity structure with OCD instruments).
