As an Accounts Receivables Associate, my responsibilities include:

• Presenting RCM Metrics: I regularly present revenue cycle management (RCM) metrics to clients, providing insights into key performance indicators and financial health.
• Client Interaction: I handle client calls and emails, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their concerns are resolved promptly.
• Denial Management: I oversee the management of denied claims, developing strategies to reduce denial rates and ensure timely resubmission and resolution.
• Aged Trial Balance Reports: I prepare and analyze aged trial balance reports to monitor and manage outstanding receivables, ensuring timely collections and identifying potential issues.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): I create and maintain SOPs to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
