• Served as the Shadow PE for estimating the time and cost associated with the CR1 BW2 workload for a team of more than 25 members.
• Collaborated with the PE to understand and address concerns related to schedule delays and cost estimation variances.
• Estimated additional effort requirements and submitted them through the BCR process.
• Maintained and updated the Risk Register to ensure accurate tracking and mitigation of project risks.
• Acted as the Quality Focal Point, enabling the team to meet customer-defined quality criteria and standards.

• Validated customer requirements and verified software compliance through comprehensive system testing activities.
• Served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RNP AR functionality, providing technical guidance for evaluations, issue analysis, and resolution.
• Led the RNP AR and Dual Functionality teams, comprising more than 15 members across multiple functional areas, coordinating software development and Verification & Validation (V&V) activities.
• Identified and documented project risks in the risk register, along with well-defined mitigation and contingency actions.
• Owned the planning and coordination of improvement initiatives for Collaborator and DNG tools in collaboration with key stakeholders.
