Project Scope: Civil Build and track works for 289 km double railway line from iqbalgarh to Vadodara section. Contract value -4744 crores

• Section In-charge for 19Kms Stretch
• End to End Responsibility for P-Way Works, IMB, MJB, MIB, RUB, PS, VIADUCT Progress, Safety & Quality
• Preparation of Monthly, weekly & Micro Program based on the master program to fit with the Schedule
• Allocation, optimization, Utilization & Sharing of resource
• Liasoning with client, Consultant, traffic authorities & Public for approval, Permission & smooth Process of work
• Preparation of Method Statement, work breakdown structure & Safe work Method, Participation for Risk Assessment preparation of all activities
