Key Responsibilities :

• Team Management : Lead and supervise a team of operations staff, ensuring that all are aligned with Swiggy’s operational standards and goals.
• Performance Monitoring : Track and assess team members’ performance using key performance indicators.
• Training & Development : Provide continuous training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills, productivity, and service quality.
• Oversee daily operations such as efficient task delegation and handling any challenges.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generated reports detailing findings and recommendations. Successfully managed and maintained comprehensive databases of employee performance records, ensuring accuracy
• Data Analysis for Improvement: Analyzed performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and delivery.

• Responsible for onboarding of delivery partners and ensure all onboarding documentation.
• Prepare and present regular reports on onboarding metrics and outcomes to senior management.
• Contributed to team success by consistently meeting or exceeding set performance targets.
• Address and resolve any concerns or complaints raised by delivery partners promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Reduced delivery partners' complaints by providing clear explanations on products, services, and bonuses.
• Prepare regular reports on call metrics, feedback, and performance trends for management review, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Designing and conducting training programs that meet the organization's objectives and align with business
  needs.
• Assessing the success of training programs and collecting feedback to make improvements.
• Implementing various learning methods, such as e-learning and class room training.
• Conducting training needs analysis to help organizations determine the skills and abilities that employees need to perform their jobs and achieve business goal.
• Proficiency mapping of experienced staff to document their process knowledge which helps developing a
  comprehensive training program for new joiners.
• Designing LBD programs for new joiners to develop practice skills and knowledge of process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilizing handheld scanners to verify packages for bagging and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Participated in labeling packages with tracking information and sorting them based on destination.
• Sorted inbound packages based on product categories and destination, efficiently organizing items in designated storage areas for easy access.
• Bagged and prepared outbound packages for dispatch by accurately picking shipments based on their CPT.
• Monitor personal performance metrics and strive to meet or exceed targets related to productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
