Roles & Responsibilities:

• Battery & cell performance tests at various c-rates, SoC, IR, temperatures and Phase change materials.
• Working on Neware & iTech cyclers and temperature chambers. Analyzing the insights of capacity depreciation with different phase change materials and temperatures.
• Developed cell test data analysis and generating useful insights of OCV Vs SoC, OCV Vs Capacity, IR Vs SoC, Incremental capacity differential voltage at different temperatures and C-rates to validate the cell performance.
• Conducted the Thermal abuse tests, Electrical abuse tests, Mechanical abuse tests.
• Framed the cell testing room safety guidelines, cell storage guidelines
  Performed cell Tear down tests for cylindrical cells and analyzed construction and carried out the fault analysis.
• Leading the technical discussion with the team on communicating testing results and working on RCA for better QA/QC implementations at production level.
• Worked on Data Acquisition systems for individual stack performance & fault analysis
• Experienced in data visualization techniques of cell and battery pack characteristics tests & relationships through Google suite and MS suite.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting cell & Pack performance tests with Neware battery cyclers as per R&D test protocols
• Commenting on IR, SoC, temperature variations linked with cell degradation
• Involved in cell thermal runaway tests and analyzed the impact of Phase Change Materials under the event of thermal runaway.
• Analysis of battery test data in MS suite and Google suite
• Discussion with team on testing process implementations and co-relating with field issues
• Conducted OCV and SOC test at different high and low temperatures by using Neware temperature chamber
• Performed Battery pack stacks behavior analysis in DAQ with different SOC levels
• Worked on cell tracing, cell voltage and capacity grading and data storage in Neware cell aging machines
• Cell-wise tracing and grading with capacity and IR for battery pack production
• Worked with automatic cell voltage and IR sorting machines
• Worked on cells stack alignments preparation, grouping and jig preparation
• Hands on experience with tap welding machines, bus bar connections, BMS wiring harness connections and soldering
• Battery folding, packaging with non-conductive materials
• Service batteries internal equipment nomenclature-wise fault stats analysis and reports
• Battery pack troubleshooting methods and process flowcharts for service batteries
• Protocol circulation and precautions for high calendar days batteries
• Service batteries series replacements with suitable IR, voltage, cycle life configurations
