Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managed end-to-end Quality Control laboratory operations, ensuring accurate and timely testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Performed and supervised OES spectrometer analysis using Ametek (M9, M10, M11, M12) and Spectro Maxx (LMF17 & LMF19) for Lead and Aluminium alloys.
• Conducted wet chemical analysis and verified product composition as per customer specifications and industry standards.
• Handled quality verification and dispatch clearance of products including Pure Lead, Lead Alloys (Calcium, Selenium, Antimony, Tin), RML, MFX, HTS, and ACSC for key customers (e.g., Amara Raja).
• Maintained laboratory documentation, calibration records, and ensured ISO compliance (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 17025).
• Internal and external audit activities by ensuring audit readiness and proper documentation control.
