Description 1: Allstate is an Auto Insurance Policy Creation Project where we can purchase auto policies through the Shop and Buy application and we can endorse created policies using a digital account application.

The purpose of this project is to put in place any updated municipal tax rates in accordance with the annual tax rate updates provided by the state. This includes updates to tax type, tax rates, and any boundary changes for every year.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the Requirements and Functional Specifications of the application.

  • Identification of test scenarios for the testable requirements & getting approval from Business

Vendor Integration is an Insurance domain project where insurance Agents are using Vendor insurance applications to create different types of policies for users based on user policy requirements. Insurance Agents will create New Business, Endorsement, Cancel-Rewrite and Cancellation transactions for users and provide insurance policies (Auto, Home and Package policies).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Performing regression testing, End to End Testing and Sanity Testing
  • Converting Manual test scripts to Automation Scripts
  • Creating Test Scripts using Web Driver.
  • Analyzing failure reasons for executed scripts reporting to clients and raising defects.
  • Performing weekly renewal regression for backdated endorsement policies
