I have worked in all production areas related to the manufacture (production) of blood bags, which includes processing, bag sealing, bag assembly, pharma (mixing, filling, coiling, sealing, sterilization, and drying), and final inspection. I am also skilled in assigning the manpower required in each area based on the type of blood bag manufactured. Additionally, I am proficient in implementing the 5S system (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) which is a lean manufacturing tool that improves workplace efficiency and eliminates waste.
