• Established A complete Press shop setup in China (Zhongshan) for manufacturing sheetmetal parts and machined parts from the period of 2018 November to 2020 January,which includes 10 SM parts and 13 machined parts.
• In Bengaluru (Hoskote) complete Manufacturing plant setup has been made for Electromechanical which includes SM,as well as machined parts from the period of June 2021 to May 2023.(27 SM ,19 Machined parts designed and Proved inhouse for own products,which involves tooling calculations along with analysis. Bending,Forming,PEM nut insertion,welding etc.

• Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.
• Good knowledge In solidworks,simple fixtures and jigs has been modeled.
• Strong Knowledge in all types of Sheetmetal and Press Tool operations. Worked in compound tool, progressive tool, and other stages tools, as well as good knowledge in fabrication of metals. Advantage in commercial products and Manufacturing Methods in stipulated time.
• Monitoring and maintaining spares required ,Monitoring tool life Sorting out repeated problems, helps to avoid down time Actively listened to customers, handled concerns quickly and escalated major issues to Plant head.
• Created spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Used Microsoft Word and other software tools to create documents and other communications.

• Utilized AutoCAD to complete renderings of full project designs and individual components.

• Lead Disc line press tool maintenance (both forming and shearing type) keeping ready before production schedule as per production plan. (Preventive maintenance. Communicate with manager and tool room Area/Shift leaders, and other plant personnel about press shop and tool room concerns, providing complete action plans and status reports as and when required.
