• 1.9 years of experience as Senior Process Consultant
• Analyzing medical records, process and submit insurance claims claims.
• Track claims, follow up on rejected claims and re-submit them as necessary using applications like Flexi Capture, intellipey, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions for compliance.
• Documentation for knowledge and future references using Ms Excel and Ms Word.
• Knowledge of correspondence and appeals.
• Managed high-performing teams to deliver projects on time, and exceeding expectations.
