E-Bulk Disclosures software solution: The e-Bulk Disclosures software solution is a 100% online disclosure management solution that integrates with the DBS e-Bulk Interface .

Digital ID: Digital identity is a digital representation of a person acting as an individual or as a representative of an organization. It enables them to prove who they are during interactions and transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define, improve and manage PMO & Scrum Process processes.
• Work with stakeholders within the business to define and communicate project goals, scope, schedule and milestones.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and issues, and communicating them to the management and internal stakeholders.
• Discuss and follow up with development team to finalise a delivery schedule, once requirements are finalised.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and that they meet business requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Suggest and implement best practices in project management.
• Approve users’ access and role within the Project management system.
• Review the PMO’s process documentation and approve minor .amendments.

• Understand the overall product roadmap as articulated by senior story author/product owner and work closely with the Dev team to translate roadmap into team specific release plan.
• Understand existing and new functionality / system and seek clarifications with the senior story author/Product Owner.
