1. Supply Planning & Forecasting

Develop and manage accurate supply plans aligned with demand forecasts across platforms including Flipkart, Amazon, and other marketplaces.

Continuously monitor inventory levels to proactively address potential overstock or stockout situations.

Adjust supply plans based on real-time demand trends and sales data to maintain optimal inventory health.


2. Supplier Coordination

Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure timely and consistent product deliveries.

Track supplier performance and take necessary actions to resolve issues such as delivery delays, capacity constraints, or material shortages.

Evaluate and onboard alternative suppliers as part of risk mitigation and business continuity planning.


3. Process Improvement & Optimization

Identify inefficiencies and process gaps within the existing supply planning framework.

Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, operations, sales) to enhance planning accuracy and agility.

Leverage planning tools and technology to drive automation, improve visibility, and reduce manual interventions.

4. Reporting & Data Analysis

Monitor key supply chain metrics including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turnover, and days of supply.

Generate and present insightful reports on supply chain performance to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Conduct root cause analyses on supply disruptions or inefficiencies, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Analyze and resolve logistical problems and suggest improvements Interacting interdepartmentally to streamline procedures and establish work requirements
• Responsible for transportation analysis and savings/cost opportunity analysis
• Material Flow in & out analysis Keep a close control on Expiring & Non Moving Materials
• Maintaining, and conducting stock verification and reconciliation Inventory Receipt/Consumption Reports Dispatch Planning and supervision as per FIFO Helped the department in implementation of operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing and shipping goods and materials
• Stock allocation for Online Marketplaces & ensure timely delivery as per the appointment slots
• Involved in daily operations for ecommerce (order processing, manifesting, tracking, resolving customer queries).
