1. Development of Electroluminescent (EL) Paint for Screen & Spray Applications

• Formulated and optimized an electroluminescent paint system suitable for both screen printing and spray coating applications.
• Improved brightness, durability, adhesion, and long-term electrical stability while reducing overall formulation cost.
• Conducted comprehensive testing including luminosity performance, layer uniformity, dielectric strength, and environmental stability.
• Completed full material characterization (FTIR, DSC, TGA) and scaled the product to production-level batches.

2. Design & Development of UV 3D Printing Resin (Benchmark: Anycubic)

• Benchmarked mechanical, curing, and surface properties of leading competitor (Anycubic) SLA/DLP photopolymer resins.
• Engineered a new UV-curable 3D printing resin with matched or improved performance across tensile strength, hardness, cure speed, shrinkage, and print resolution.
• Optimized photoinitiator system, viscosity profile, and pigmentation for high print accuracy.
• Successfully validated across multiple 3D printers and delivered commercial-ready formulation.

3. Customized Paint & Coating Formulation for Client Requirements

• Successfully ran 2-ton pilot trials, followed by regular commercial production of 8–10 MT/month.

5. ADC-Based XLPE Blowing Agent Development

• Engineered ADC formulations tailored for XLPE foam sheet and cable applications, integrating coatings, silica, and zinc compounds.
