Projects - Construction of Sewerage System for Sambalpur Town with 40 MLD STP and 8 nos Pumping Station & 250 KM Pipeline on E.P.C. mode of Contract and O&M for 5 years Under Orissa Water Supply & Sewerage Board, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, Worth- 324 Cr.

• Timely preparation & submission of monthly running bill, Checking & verifying measurement book, reconciliation of material, client billing, agency billing, cost control and analysis, price escalation/price adjustment as per agreement. Maintain drawing and records there of including date of receiving and issuance of drawing etc.
• Preparation of monthly budget, cashflow, Profit & loss statement, Preparation of comparative statement on monthly basis, to ensure that the cost incurred and bill verified are synchronized without delay. Estimate and analysis of additional (Like Trenchless, Hard Granite Rock Cutting, Road Work, Different types of valve chamber) and non BOQ item work.

Project - Execution of 08 nos. of Lift Irrigation Schemes with pump house, sub-station and intake points in Chitapari Nadi/Potteru, Garia, Saberi, Kolab River of ODISHA, having Command area between 500Ha. to 2000. In Cluster Malkangiri in the districts of Malkangiri including its distribution network, up to 1 Ha Chak having total planned Culturable Command Area of 12, 964 Ha. On “EPC –Turn Key” basis including power system connectivity of Mega Lift Project, Cluster-Malkangiri.

• Planning the work and organizing the site facilities in order to meet the agreed deadlines. Review meeting with contractors at site regarding progress, site issue. Day to day monitoring and supervision of the project activities. Piping fabrication, erection, mechanical clearance, witnessing fit up, weld visual, final box-up, pipe laying activities as per the specification standards.
• Efficiently conduct detail study of the drawings, specifications & bill of quantities for the execution of the work. Proficiently plan the Labour, Material & Control their Utilization for effective extraction of the output. Evaluating project progress against historical indicators on weekly basis and on monthly basis and providing the management with comparative analysis. Interaction with client / consultants / subcontracts regarding the progress of the works and resolving bottlenecks.

Execution of 13 nos. of Lift Irrigation Schemes with pump house, sub-station and intake points in Baitarani, Budhabalang, Gangahar, Khadakhai and Nalua River of ODISHA, having Command area between 500Ha. to 2000 Ha. In Cluster No. X in the districts of Mayurbhanj and Keonjhar including its distribution network, up to 4 Ha Chak having total planned Culturable Command Area of 19,400 Ha. On “EPC –Turn Key” basis including power system connectivity of Mega Lift Project, Worth-517Cr under Department of water resources, Odisha.

• Accountable for raising RFIs and inspection requests for getting approval from the consultants. Oversee the construction activities and safety requirements & measurements at the site. Effectively analyze the project & specify the baseline approach for guiding subordinates. Ensure timely completion of projects within the set parameters and maintain liaison between the main contractor and consultants/clients.
• Indent the materials required, estimating and procuring material. Supervise and handle the overall responsibility of all construction activities of the project. Prepare and report the work progress and target programs. Project planning and execution of the project as per the schedule. The cost of estimates, budgets, and work as per the bar charts according to project timelines.
• Determine appropriate construction methods of the specification. Proficient with present construction methodologies, systems in compliance with quality standards. Construction budget costing, the health of the project, monitoring resources, mobilizing resources to expedite of project. To meet the requirement of the project schedule, reconciliation of quantities, client billing and sub-contractor billing. Preparation an approval of various contractual claims, Preparation of rate analysis for extra items and approval. Preparation of Material procurement schedule as per baseline program. Monitoring the progress and plan for the shortfall as per Key Dates achievement.

Construction, Implementation RCC pipe lying - 246 Km. (150 to 1800 dia), DI Pipe – 7.90 Km. (150 to 1000 dia), Manhole 7245 nos. (900 to 2400 dia) Sewer connecting chamber – 13575 (900 to 2400 dia), Inspection chamber 27785 nos. and Road - 185 Km. of Construction of Sewers for Bhubaneswar, Worth-595Cr under Orissa Water Supply & Sewerage Board (OWSSB), Odisha.

• Planning: -As per the scope of work (BOQ) and provisions in contract a mile stone target was fixed and accordingly a base line programme (in MS Excel) for completion of the project in schedule duration was prepared during initial period. Perfect site co-ordination with subcontractors, site engineers, project manager for work planning & progress. Preparation of Quality plans and methodology for execution. Accountable for raising RFI’s and Inspection request for getting approval from the consultant.
• Billing: -As per the planned schedule and physical progress achieved at site, RA Bills to client is being submitted on monthly basis. Coordination with site engineers, PMC & Client for obtaining joint measurement records for works completed preparation of Bills as per JMR & follow up for certification by PMC & Client for release of payment. To achieve the physical & financial progress PRW contractors, hired equipment suppliers & labour supply contractors are engaged based on area wise targets planned. Preparation & Certification of Sub Contractor bills & Machinery bills w.r.t client billing monthly basis along with Reconciliation of major construction quantities & materials and preparation of reports is being done periodically.

• Execution and supervision for construction of 1200 mm DIA MS Pipe line and related substation. Land lesioning, Construction of Valve Chamber with Thrust Block. Handling of Auto Level with Hydro testing of 31.4 K.M. Dealing with Client with in charge of and maintenance work and Supply of raw water from Hirakud Reservoir to Aluminum Smelter at lapanga, Sambalpur, Odisha, Worth-120Cr.
