Redefine Properties Limited (Redefine) is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Our primary goal is to grow and improve cash flow to deliver quality earnings, which will underpin growth and sustained value creation for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in complete SDLC from requirement gathering, design, solution approach, development, and integration testing. Developed reusablecomponents like DataTables and FormComponent. Optimized page load performance by reducing initial bundle size, lazy-loading components, and leading to improved Core Web Vitals and better SEO rankings. Implemented Angular performance best practices, including preloading strategies and server-side rendering (SSR), to enhance crawlability and reduce time-to-first paint (TTFP) for search engines. Upgraded the application from Angular 17 to Angular 19. Implemented the SSR to improve the SEO and Performance of the application. Integrated GrapesJS into an Angular application to build a dynamic custom page builder, enabling users to visually create and manage responsive web pages without coding. Developed custom GrapesJS components and traits, including support for media uploads, content blocks, carousels, ESG cards, and editable forms tailored to business needs. Implemented real-time page editing and saving functionality, allowing admin and marketing users to preview, update, and persist content seamlessly through the visual editor. Developed components using routing modules. Developed modules like Admin, Frontend, Users, Roles, Properties, Investors, Broker. Involved in developing custom directives, services, and pipes. Coordinated with connector teams and core teams. Supported testing and implementation phases.

• Rogers Communications Inc. is a Canadian communications and media company operating primarily in the fields of wireless communications, cable television, telephone and Internet, with significant additional telecommunications and mass media assets. Rogers has its headquarters in Toronto, Ontario. Developed user interfaces with HTML, CSS, Typescript and Angular10. Used GIT for source code management. Ensured that the website front-end is free from errors and bugs. Worked in coordination with connector team and core team. Integrate front end application with backend services using Rest API. Support and maintain the application. Bug fixing and monitor performance and suggest improvements. Troubleshoot and debug application.

• Creating the Offer Platform that helps companies to release offer letters to selected candidates. Selected candidates can quickly and securely access and sign documents from any virtual device. The rating system allows companies to rate a candidate's behavior and add a note if they ghost after accepting the positions, which will be shared globally across the platform. In case a bad rating candidate creates another account to reset their profile, we can still identify them based on the name, birth date, and working experience so we can link the new account to the old one. Design and Develop Using Angular that meets accessibility standards for Web App. Developed Functional Components for required Components. Created Reusable Components. Used Routing to turn application into Single Page Application. Worked on Components, Directives, Pipes and Forms. Developed Platform Related modules like Jobs, Candidates, Reviews and Dashboard. • Magento E-Commerce Integration in Dynamics NAV 2009 and upgrading to NAV2016: Magento E-Commerce Integration enables both Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and your Magento e-Commerce Webstore to connect in an end-to-end, two-way integration to get your Webstore up and running with Real-Time data. It is a Full Integration that supports Schedule based synchronization of data (like products, product Inventory, Product Sales Tier Prices, customers and their addresses information, orders, order payments information). Developed Add-On customizations as per client requirement. Add-On Merging in Client Database. Add-On functionality testing in local and client test system environment. User Manual and supporting document preparation.
