Mobile App Lead – AdaniOne (Duty-Free Division)
Spearheading mobile development for the Duty-Free module, enhancing digital shopping experiences. Led impactful features like Scan N Pay and Trip Ensure, improving efficiency and engagement. Managing a team of 2–3 developers, driving innovation, scalability, and performance through strong leadership and a customer-first approach.

Built and deployed 12+ EdTech applications from scratch, driving the end-to-end development process—from ideation to launch. Developed scalable solutions capable of handling nearly 1 million users on a single app, ensuring high performance and reliability. Took a customer-first approach by actively addressing user feedback to improve product quality and usability. Collaborated directly with founders to align product features with business goals, contributing to strategic decision-making and product innovation. Played a key role in shaping user-centric, impactful mobile solutions.

Independently developed and delivered a high-quality mobile application, completing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) from scratch. Collaborated closely with the Project Manager and the Fiitjee team to clearly define and align on project goals and deliverables. Leveraged the Flutter framework to build a seamless cross-platform experience, ensuring optimal performance across devices. Followed industry-standard coding practices and conducted thorough testing to guarantee app stability and functionality. Adopted agile methodologies, including Scrum, to efficiently manage development cycles, prioritize tasks, and incorporate continuous feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

Led multiple mobile app projects simultaneously, including Felidae Electric Cycle, Savari (car rental service in Bangalore), and Fight Forecaster (MMA prediction tool). Took full ownership of the Felidae project, developing it from scratch and delivering the first complete build. Utilized Flutter to create sleek, responsive mobile applications tailored to varied business needs. Maintained high code quality through best practices and rigorous testing, ensuring reliable and high-performance app deliveries across all projects.

Collaborated within a team of 2–3 Flutter developers to build a comprehensive event organizing app from the ground up. Successfully delivered and launched the app on both the App Store and Play Store. Embraced agile methodologies like Scrum to ensure rapid, iterative development cycles. Contributed across the full application lifecycle—from research and planning to launch and client support—while fostering strong communication and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
