• One of our client Bharat Forge, Automatic Machine for hardening large crankshafts of marine engines and commercial vehicles maximum length 2.5m and weight 500Kg.The machine was erected and commissioned individually handled by myself. Worked in 800kw Power source and automation upto the customer comfortability and handover the Machine for production.
• In Sanseera, the two station machine for hardening two wheeler crankshaft in single Power source. In the power source the old version invertor module (25KW+25KW) was upgrade into new version 50KW invertor module with the same controls and handover the machine with the same output frequency.
• One of our client NRB Bearings, the two station machine for hardening Nickle roller of bearings in single power source. In the power source the old version invertor module 25KW and controls both upgrade into new version with the same output frequency.
• In Sansera Providing duplex filteration system for quench water in two induction hardening machines. Maintain the quench pressure and Job hardness in machine.
• In Sansera 20 years old machine Recondition and move in to production with latest accessories.
