- Responsible for complete plant inward, outward logistics, and RM/PM, FG warehouse operations.
- Ensuring the inward and outward process adherence as per the SOP.
- Managing and training the team on day-to-day operations.
- Coordinating with the central factory planner for FG dispatch plan to CFA’s.
- Planning and placing the indents for transporters based on the dispatch plan received from the central planner.
- Responsible for ensuring 100% utilization of truck loading capacity.
- Guiding the team on resolving the operational issues.
- Organize shipments of finished goods.
- Managing an External Warehouse.
- Coordinating with CFAs and Regional Logistics Managers for getting trucks unloaded.
- Follow up with transporters to ensure 100% placement of trucks as per the indents placed.
- Preparing necessary shipping documents for dispatching material (Invoice, Packing List, E-Waybill, etc.).
- Preparation of the goods receipt note (GRN), TR to TO conversion, and RF gun operations.

- Ensuring that cycle counting has been carried out on a daily basis.
- Preparing the monthly shift schedule for the team members.
- Circulating the MIS report to factory management on production, dispatch, and stock accuracy.
- Coordinating with the Finance department on the Monthly Stock Audit.
- Coordinating for Quality Audit, Environment, and Health & Safety Audit.
- Coordinating with the Central Transportation Team for troubleshooting truck placement issues.
- New raw materials and packing materials SAP material code setup as per warehouse standard.

- Steering initiatives pertaining to the Outward Logistics:
- Receiving finished products from production to Finished Product Stores, ensuring materials reach the intended customers on time. Generating necessary documents, like the packing slip and GST invoice, and arranging for dispatch.
- Coordination with other business partners. Overseeing transactions related to receipt, storage, stock maintenance, and dispatch of finished products.
- Managing the FG warehouse ensures proper adherence to processes as per the SOPs.
- Steering initiatives pertaining to Inward Logistics:
- Verification of documents during material receipt, generating a goods receipt note, and offering it for further SQM checks.
- Sending material to subcontractors based on a request from vendor logistics. Subcontractors' stock verification during physical inventory.
- Executing a physical count of A&B items selected through SAP.
- Supervision and manpower resource planning of trainees and other contract personnel in the warehouse.
- Generating monthly reports, like Stock Accuracy for A&B class items, based on daily cycle counting and the Technical Risk items report.
- Steering initiatives pertaining to the Engineering Spares and Scrap Handling:
- Arrange the PPE materials from time to time.
- Goods receipts and the issue of engineering spares in a systematic manner.
- Generated monthly aging report for spare materials.
- Coordinate with customers regarding line rejection, and be responsible for their fulfillment.
- Analysis of monthly stock report as per System vs. Physical verification.
- Updating the forecast and generating sale orders for scrap.
- Disposal of scrap hazards and non-hazardous waste.
