Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock quantities, preventing overstocking or stockouts by analyzing sales trends and forecasting demand.
• Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, negotiate prices, and arrange timely delivery of goods, maintaining strong relationships to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control measures for incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
• Logistics Management: Develop and maintain efficient logistics strategies, including shipping methods, routing, and carriers, to minimize costs and delivery times.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any supply chain issues, such as delays, quality discrepancies, or invoice mismatches, to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction

• Contributed to the smooth execution of business loans by providing support to bankers at a leading Australian bank.
• Valuations, Legal Vetting, coordinate the approval or rejection of lines of credit or commercial, real estate, or personal loans.

• A Tv channel formerly known as Gemporia & Indology, where my job role for first year was to place the order for jewels being displayed on Live Channel and solve delivery, product related and return and refund related issue
• After one year I was promoted to CRM team, where I handled escalation and queries coming in through social media
• I also handled a Team of 20 people in absence of Manager or Team leader and made day end reports and QC analysis.
