Overview

• Service portal application used to initiate service request for processing PWM clients, PWM advisors, their support, and PWM branches must be differentiated
• Although PWM will leverage MSSB TOM service applications and operational processes, minimal modifications to both systems as well as processes must be addressed in order to support PWM users.

National Branch Report portal

Overview

An enhancement was included in the TOM version of the MSSB Report Portal for future use to assist with remediation projects and is known as Report Portal-NBS and Report Portal NBS-Regional. The purpose of this request is to enhance the current NBS and Management Portals to support senior management’s strategic initiative to centralize report review.
