Poseidon is a Centralized repository to provide data to multiple stakeholders (Front-end, Dashboards, extracts) by extracting data from various source systems, apply control procedures and enrich data to generate standalone balance sheet for business lines - ALMT, Corporate Banking, BP2S (Securities services) and Wealth Management. Calculate liquidity indicators such as LCR, NSFR, NFB, RNFB for regulatory reporting in NAR, EMEA, APAC regions.
Touchpoint Sales & Service :
TPSS used by Bank of West bran users which solves the purpose of customers to open the account for BOW products, transact the cash, check, DDAs and to avail for various services offered by bank. TPSS provides a system to gather and store customer and prospect’s profile, manage follow-up contact with referrals, task reminders and appointments. TPSS primary user interface includes Touchpoint Admin, Touchpoint Teller and HOST mainframe systems.
Sales & Service (SAS Insight):
Sales and Services Insight is a Banking product of fidelity which supports all areas within a financial institution and multiple contact channels, including branch, teller, contact centre operations and the Internet. It includes various projects like Deposits origination, Loan Originations, Service Request Manager, Sales Management, IBS Mobile Banker, Relationship Value Management and CeB. All these applications are authored and configured using a tool called ACT. These solutions help the customer for a transition from a traditional product focus to a more customer-centric, sales-oriented culture that leverages one-on-one interactions
Enterprise Provider Database Solutions (EPDS):
Enterprise Provider Database Solution is a consolidation & replacement project for several existing applications that maintain the Providers (doctors & hospitals) information for WellPoint. The objective is to build a foundation to enable the entry of Provider Data once into a central repository, streamlining and standardizing Well Point business processes. The EPDS centres on the heart of Well Point’s business model of creating, tracking, marketing, and managing flexible, quality provider networks to support all lines of business, products and services. The intent of the project is to not only support existing business, but to also provide a flexible, configurable solution to enable future business initiatives and growth.
