Successfully drove product adoption for a global clientele at IBS Software, a leading provider of SaaS solutions for the travel industry. My role as a Transformation Enabler involved:

• Leading Client Onboarding for Major Airlines: Spearheaded client product adoption for a diverse range of clients, including Delta Airlines (onsite), China Airlines (onsite), Cargolux (onsite), DNATA (online), Singapore Airlines (online), Lufthansa (online) and Air France KLM (online).
• Developing & Delivering Tailored Training Programs: Designed and delivered engaging training programs customized to each client's specific needs, ensuring a smooth and successful product adoption process.
• Crafting Comprehensive Training Materials: Created comprehensive training materials, from planning and outlining to writing clear and concise instructions.
• Conducting Needs Assessments: Gathered client requirements through data collection and discussions, ensuring training content addressed specific challenges.
• Facilitating Collaborative Learning: Partnered with design specialists to create visually appealing training materials using designated tools.
• Leveraging Subject Matter Expertise: Focused on crafting core content of Computer-Based Training (CBT), demonstrating strong understanding of product functionalities.

I honed my ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to cater to various client learning styles and backgrounds, ensuring successful product adoption across a global client base.

Instructional Design & Content Creation: Used data from surveys to understand what learners need and prefer. Applied these insights to create learning materials that keep learners engaged and help them learn better.
Course Development & Improvement: Analyzed feedback and learning data to find areas for improvement. Provided easy-to-understand reports with suggestions to make learning programs more effective and aligned with client needs.
Learner Support & Engagement: Worked closely with learners and stakeholders, answering questions and using feedback to guide improvements in the learning experience.
