Achievements:

• The reverse engineering of the flatbed ultraviolet SPM inkjet digital printer, 8x4 ft, was successfully designed and launched.
• Flatbed UV inkjet printer with first-time 12 print head configuration designed and launched; design released for regular production.
• First-time vertical door side printing setup designed, manufactured, and sold to the customer successfully.
• A new type of vacuum table alignment has been designed, tested, and implemented successfully.
• Customized take-up roller setup designed and installed in the customer’s machine.
• The reverse engineering of the flatbed UV inkjet digital printer front rolling print setup has been completed and released for testing.
• Many conversions have been completed as per the customer requirements.
• Worked on cost reduction in procurement parts and machine base frame.
• The reverse engineering of a 6-ft roll-to-roll inkjet digital printer has been completed and released for testing.
