Swift Chat is an innovative communication platform developed to enhance engagement and collaboration among educators, students, and parents within the Goa State Education Board. The initiative aims to streamline communication processes, improve information dissemination, and foster a supportive learning environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Actively participated in implementing the MIS system, ensuring alignment with educational goals and data management standards.
• Developed and implemented live attendance, registry, and trend dashboards, providing real-time insights into attendance patterns and educational trends.
• Collaborated with state teams to understand requirements for attendance and registry dashboards, ensuring that user needs were met.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources, including SQL databases (Dbeaver), ensuring proper dataflow into the dashboard in Tamil Nadu state education board.
• Identified essential metrics for live attendance, detailed records, and registry dashboards, such as attendance rates, absenteeism patterns, and class-wise attendance data.
• Ensured that the data structure aligned with the MIS framework, facilitating smooth integration and reporting.
• Utilized SQL for data extraction and manipulation, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of attendance and registry data.
• Conducted data cleaning activities using Python to enhance data quality and reliability.

• Developed interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize key metrics related to healthcare infrastructure improvements, service delivery, and resource allocation.

• Analyzed Disbursement Linked Results(DLRs) based on pre-defined performance indicators, contributing to a 20% improvement in target achievement as outlined by the World Bank.

Developed under the auspices of UNDP, Evin focuses on ensuring that vaccines are available and stored at optimal conditions, thus safeguarding public health and improving vaccination coverage across the country.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Analyzed large datasets related to vaccine distribution and cold chain logistics, ensuring accurate insights for stakeholders.
• Designed and developed 5+ interactive Power BI dashboards providing real-time visualizations of vaccine stock levels, distribution metrics, and cold chain performance.
• Collaborated with IT teams to integrate data from various sources, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting.

The Synovus Corp project at Cigniti Technologies involved delivering comprehensive software testing services to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of Synovus digital banking platforms. The focus was on enhancing the reliability and user experience of their mobile and web applications, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Understanding and analyzing the business and technical requirements to create test plans.
• Writing detailed test cases based on functional specifications and user stories.
• Performing functional, regression, and system testing on Synovus' banking platforms (web and mobile).
• Logging and tracking defects in a bug-tracking tool, ensuring all issues are accurately reported. Coordinating with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Verifying adherence to banking regulations and security standards.
• Documenting test results, preparing test summary reports, and providing insights for improvement.

The project focused on testing an internal attendance management portal integrated with SAP at CA Technologies. The goal was to ensure the portal's functionality, accuracy, and seamless integration with SAP for efficient attendance tracking, leave management, and timekeeping
