Smart working professional with experience of corporate and site HSE functioning. Taking initiative to level up HSE culture with a commitment to complete the task before time. With a practical understanding of Integrated Management Systems applicable for Occupational Health and Safety, I've worked on projects like refineries, residential, commercial buildings, Solar erection and commissioning , MEP projects , Metro project and Operation and Maintenance. Key skills are developing training modules and conducting trainings, auditing sites and quantifying the implementation of policies in numbers. Having total 9 years of experience out of that, 4 years of experience in implementing and monitoring HSE plans, policies and legal requirements. Project management and Presentations of HSE implementation and got awards from various customers for implementing and performing HSE culture on the site for present organization.
