(Key Activities – Documents Handling & In-Process)

• To maintain all QMS documents like Procedures, Manuals, Quality Plans, Records, Documents, Process Flow, SOP’s, Specifications, etc.,
• Customer audits handling like L&T & certification plant audits like ISO, CE.
• Taking care of In-process & final inspection quality activities in R&M Zone.
• Conducting trials with R&D for new product development & final product validation & report submission.
• Periodically process audit will be done at shopfloor & NC will be raised in open one portal.
• Conducting In-Process monthly meeting by Involving all the department to discuss on Quality & Productivity issues.
• Developed and executed test plans and strategies to ensure product quality.

(Key Activities - Complaints & Customer Handling)

• Customer Complaints communications to all employees & workers by raising QA Alert.
• Immediate response for the customer by sending the Initial Investigation report for the complaint with in 24Hrs.
• 8D to be made by involving CFT & actions implementation with in 30 days.
• 8D Verification & validation of Effectiveness audit to be done once in a month & reports to be shared in Global QA Review meeting.
• Visiting Customer places to handling the complaints & implement the suitable actions to resolve the issues.
• Handling Customer Return Material & analysis to be done & report shared in Global Review Meeting.

Roles & Responsibilities (TIDC INDIA)

(A) In-Process Inspection

• First Piece (or) First off inspection to be carried out based on control plan.
• Analyses the rejection parts & action to be taken.
• Analysis of customer complaints and 8D presentation related to in-process quality complaints.
• Carried out product layout inspection as per the plan.
• To maintain 5S & zero safety incidents in shop floor.

(B) Receiving Inspection & Supplier Quality In-charge.

• Inspection to be done for all incoming products based on the test plan.
• Handling suppliers, Conducting Meeting for internal quality complaints and get corrective action reports.
• Coordinator for PPAP sample development verification.
• Conducting supplier audits based on plan.
• Calculating supplier rating and communicate to suppliers and get corrective action reports for improvements and documented.
• Worked to improve the suppliers for DOL (Direct Online) supplies.

(C) Final Inspection Quality In-charge:

• Taken care of final inspection quality activities for south zone customers in India. (Total handling up to 14 customers from south India & 1 customer from export) Major customers – Royal Enfield, TVS, Ashok Leyland, Lear, etc.,
• Liable for 8D report preparation and interacting with customers for corrective and preventive action submissions.
• To work & maintain the scrap cost within the budget.
• Preparation of SOP s, Quality Alert, Do’s & Don’ts etc.
• To maintain 5S & to ensure zero safety incidents at Final inspection area.
