  • Customer audits handling like L&T & certification plant audits like ISO, CE.

Roles & Responsibilities (TIDC INDIA)

(A) In-Process Inspection

  • First Piece (or) First off inspection to be carried out based on control plan.
  • Analyses the rejection parts & action to be taken.
  • Analysis of customer complaints and 8D presentation related to in-process quality complaints.
  • Carried out product layout inspection as per the plan.
  • To maintain 5S & zero safety incidents in shop floor.

(B) Receiving Inspection & Supplier Quality In-charge.

  • Inspection to be done for all incoming products based on the test plan.
  • Handling suppliers, Conducting Meeting for internal quality complaints and get corrective action reports.
  • Coordinator for PPAP sample development verification.
  • Conducting supplier audits based on plan.
  • Calculating supplier rating and communicate to suppliers and get corrective action reports for improvements and documented.
  • Worked to improve the suppliers for DOL (Direct Online) supplies.

(C) Final Inspection Quality In-charge:

  • Taken care of final inspection quality activities for south zone customers in India. (Total handling up to 14 customers from south India & 1 customer from export) Major customers – Royal Enfield, TVS, Ashok Leyland, Lear, etc.,
  • Liable for 8D report preparation and interacting with customers for corrective and preventive action submissions.
  • To work & maintain the scrap cost within the budget.
  • Preparation of SOP s, Quality Alert, Do’s & Don’ts etc.
  • To maintain 5S & to ensure zero safety incidents at Final inspection area.
