Project Summary:

Led end-to-end testing for SAB Bank’s digital client onboarding, online account opening, and KYC platform, integrated with Asset Management subscription and redemption services, back-office onboarding systems, and the bank’s Order Management System (OMS). Ensured data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless processing across retail banking and asset management workflows.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

• Defined and executed the test strategy covering online onboarding, KYC, back-office workflows, and asset management subscription and redemption journeys.
• Led the validation of end-to-end client onboarding and investment flows, ensuring that eligibility, suitability, and compliance requirements were met.
• Streamlined testing processes for increased efficiency and reduced overall test cycle time.
• Oversaw testing of Asset Management transactions, including fund subscription, redemption, NAV validation, order settlement, and partial, full, and failed redemption handling.
• Led OMS integration testing, validating accurate order creation, status updates, settlement confirmation, and exception handling for investment transactions.
• Ensured data integrity and reconciliation across Online Onboarding, Back Office, OMS, Asset Management systems, and Core Banking.
• Managed KYC/AML validations for investment accounts, including risk profiling, PEP/sanctions screening, and enhanced due diligence.
• Validated back-office controls, including maker-checker approvals, investment order verification, and audit trails.
• Coordinated UAT execution and business sign-off with the Retail Banking, Asset Management, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Tracked test metrics, managed defects, mitigated risks, and ensured release readiness for go-live.
• Supported regulatory audits, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Conducted regression testing of existing products.
• Collaborated with developers to ensure timely resolution of identified issues, resulting in improved customer satisfaction.
• Spearheaded training initiatives aimed at enhancing the competency levels of existing test personnel while building a strong pipeline of new talent in support of future growth objectives.
• Incorporated delivery requirements into planning of testing schedules.

Project: Unified Cash Management

This project aims to introduce the functionalities related to centralizing cash management for all ARC customers across the different ARC products.

It is Alrajhi Capital Investment Bank's application, which follows:

• Create a wallet for all onboarded customers.
• Migrate all existing ARB customers who have local brokerage and local brokerage + asset management.
• Allow customers to manage their wallet.
• Responsible for implementing the best policies, processes, and practices for SIT and UAT testing involved in FRD/BRD.
• Responsible for test scenarios, scripts preparation, peer review, BAs' review, and sign-offs.
• Responsible for data load validation, reporting tool, system integration testing, defect reporting, and closure.
• Preparing for and involving oneself in reviews of the test plan, SIT entry/exit criteria, and sign-offs.
• Leading, guiding, and monitoring the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of the test cases, test procedures, and test suites.
• Assign tasks to all testing team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work on the project.
• Acting as the single point of contact between Development and Testers for iterations, testing, and deployment activities.
• Scheduling daily stand-up calls to discuss and understand the changes being implemented in the current sprint.
• Leading a team of Quality Engineers to ensure the timely delivery of testing deliverables.
• Good experience in web-based and mobile applications testing.
• Expertise in SDLC, STLC, and Agile Scrum methodology.
• Hold a sound knowledge of the capital market and trade life cycle.

• Being part of wholesale banking working with Securities team my primary responsibility is to providing confirmation and settlement of trade which is belongs Federal Government.
• The team focuses on the life cycle of trade settlements from the middle office to back office.
• Escalating all DK trades to sales/ trading assistant timely manner and ensure we settle them without any further delay.
• Responding on all clients emails timely manner and escalating the issues respective desk to avoid settlement risk and trade fail.
• Involvement test case scenarios and test case preparation.
• UAT for Business and execute the test case in Jira.
• I have hands on experience in BDC, Impact, DTCC and FCM Applications.
• Manage and reduce risk associated with settlement failures.

• Being part of wholesale banking and working with the Shareowner Service team, my primary responsibility is to provide service for the Shareowners, as well as for the companies that have been incorporated with Wells Fargo.
• Here, we act as a Transfer Agent and Settlement Agent between the issuing company and the shareholder.
• Processing the shareowner request for transfer of ownership, replacement of lost securities, sales, dividend disbursement, voluntary cash, and debits ACH depositing shares into the account.
• Stock transfers and account maintenance are conducted per the procedural requirements.
• Giving training to team members and taking quality control for team members.
