Roles & Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to address and prioritize product or service defects and enhancements based on customer feedback and issues by using Scrum and agile methodology.
• Develop test cases and test scripts based on software requirements and design documents to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Execute test cases, observing the product behavior and comparing it to expected outcomes.
• Prepare and manage test data, including setting up test environments and configuring data for various test scenarios
• Generate test reports summarizing the testing progress, results, and overall quality of the software, and communicate these findings to relevant team members and project leads
• Executing the scripts on CI/CD-GitLab and sharing the reports to the Lead, Manager and Different Stakeholders
• Working on production release, Regression, Functional, Quality Assurance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, UI Testing, Integration test creation and execution and defect management ( JIRA & Confluence)
• Developed 500 Test cases , tested and executed automation script using Selenium and JAVA, Cucumber (BDD Framework) , RestAssured
• API automation using ReadyAPI
• Provide Weekly Demo to Lead, Manager and Stakeholders
• Create and Update the Framework based on the Functional Team Requirement
• Embedded best engineering practices to improve existing processes.
• Interacted with customers to determine issues faced and provide solutions, delivering status updates to keep clients informed.
• Scheduled meetings and discussions with software design teams to discuss verification protocols, test scope and parameters for automated tests.
• Followed test automation guidelines in creating tests, executing scripts and interpreting results to achieve test objectives.
• Provide guidance to interns and junior colleagues.
