-Receive and route enquiries from walkins, calls, emails, and online leads to the appropriate Sales Consultant.
-Follow up with the Sales Consultant to ensure enquiries are qualified promptly and accurately.
-Submit reports to Sales Manager and CRE (Customer Relations & Engagement) Manager, highlighting key metrics and notable leads.
-Oversee delivery logistics: Plan and coordinate all administrative and operational steps leading up to vehicle delivery, documentation and delivery items to be ordered.
-Act as liaison between Sales Consultant, delivery team, and customer to ensure a smooth handover.
-Conduct daily checklist audits to ensure showroom layout, display elements, accessories, and branding materials are clean, complete, and visually appealing.
-Maintain ambiance standards: Oversee cleanliness, organization, lighting, and overall customer-friendly environment—supporting a positive first impression
Welcomes customer by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
