- I traveled with the team and helped support day-to-day operations.
- Stepped in and became a practice player ( 2.5 year varsity basketball experience) to reduce the need for coaches to physically participate in drills, allowing them to focus more on instruction and coaching
- Served as the point person for welcoming visiting teams, setting up and breaking down their practices to allow our coaches to head home without added responsibilities.
- Helped manage all things related to meals alongside our DOBO
- Worked alongside our coaches to facilitate communication with the practice players

- Independently created detailed scouting reports using SportsTrac and Hudl, and conducted in-person evaluations by traveling to high schools across Michigan to observe and analyze our opponents. These would be later used in team film analysis for upcoming games
- Created short-form hype videos, highlight tapes, and promotional graphics for upcoming events, player recognition, team marketing, and recruiting efforts to engage and attract prospective student-athletes. (however my manager status with the team di not lead to my material being widely used)

- As a camp counselor, I helped design and lead activities and drills that kept campers engaged and active throughout the 8 to 3 camp day.
- I played a key role in managing parent interactions, whether coordinating with camp administration or communicating on behalf of other counselors.
- I used my education experience to help navigate my fellow counselors through the experience of working with children. Specifically, helping them create the best possible atmosphere for the campers to remain safe and have fun!
