• Change Management Team Lead – Supported change processes for Department of Veteran Affairs for the past 6 years when program was operational. Have served multiple leadership service line Chiefs, medical directors, and department leadership in their program implementation through successful go live. Also have managed large implementations with change management techniques focusing on PROSCI and ADKAR methodologies to facilitate EHR transitions while decreasing overall impact.
