I have been with Meritor for 34 years. I have worked in all warehouse departments and have covered all shifts. I have been a truck trainer, a meeting trainer, as well as a processor coordinator for the shipping area. I have been a member of the Quality team for the past 17 years. I have knowledge regarding Gage calibrations, warehouse audits, and processing returns. In my current role as the Aftermarket Warranty Coordinator, I am in daily contact with both internal and external customers via phone and email. I research customer concerns regarding shipping errors and report on the errors daily. Due to my extensive background in the Quality group, my customer service/warranty knowledge, and my attention to detail, I feel I am a good candidate for the SQE position.
