• Taking the Libor rates in Bloomberg website and entering the Base rate of LIBOR in our PFI Application.
• We will Process the Trades (purchase and sale) into PFI based on trades tickets Operating on Manual trades and processing in client database and reviewing Trade recon between Investment Manager Instruction and Client database.
• We will Clear the Trade errors like SMF not Found, Maturity Date Check, Insufficient funds, with the same reference number already processed, Researching, Investigating and finding solutions to Failed Trade.
• We will do the SMF Enrichment and SMF Setup for Security IDS which are added in the watchlist. Handling all the security types’ trades such as Corporate Bonds, ABS, Equity stock, Bank Loans.
• Taking the Backup from Bloomberg for SMF (Security Master File) ids like corporate bond ids, Bank loan ids, Common Stock ids And Trade tickets. Performing trade research activities daily using the applications, MCH, IDC and Bloomberg.
• We will work on the IMT’s and Emails which are received from Clients.
• Will set up the SMF of Bank Loans for Syndicated and Delayed Draw Loans. Also, book the trades as per WSO and perform pace Reconciliation Between WSO and PFI.

• Tracking Emails which are received from client and respond at the end of the day without fail.
• Assign IMT’s to my team and check whether the assigned IMT’s are cleared or not.
• Give Training to new joiners in an understandable manner.
• Attending calls with clients and giving accurate information to them.
• Review all activities which are performed by the processor.

• Brokerage process, to computing brokerage on monthly basis for Distributors.
• Empanelment registration on a daily basis.
